Arvada's 2023 Flock contract covers 40 cameras, but Flock's own transparency portal lists 16, and community maps show 35 to 37 in city limits. The contract required the city to confirm a final count after a 60-day pilot; no public record of that confirmation was found. Arvada police also run LexisNexis mobile plate readers whose data is kept for 364 days.

Contract: $116,500 the first year and $102,500 a year after, renewing annually. The portal lists 16 cameras and 72 Colorado agencies, and prohibits immigration enforcement. A September 2025 CBS News Colorado records survey reported that Arvada allowed nationwide search access; the portal said otherwise as of August 2026.
